ARNOTT constructs a brand new state-of-the-art CNC machining facility.

After the acquisition and renovation of its 200,000 square foot building in Merritt Island, Florida, Arnott developed an unprecedented 10,000 square foot machining facility. The state-of-the-art facility houses all new Mazak® CNC equipment, including various turning and vertical machining centers, and a 4,000-watt, 6-axis laser. Arnott is also proud to welcome the new Mazak® Integrex® series, the most advanced and sophisticated 5-axis CNC machine on the market. This impressive, fully robotic machine eliminates multiple setups, improving and ensuring part integrity and efficiency. Arnott has dramatically increased productivity while maintaining the highest level of quality, permitting the company’s continued practice of providing customers the best products and prices. In addition, the Merritt Island facility in general and the CNC machining capabilities in particular, demonstrates Arnott’s commitment to consciously decrease overseas outsourcing, underscoring the company’s pride and faith in American industry.

Affordable 12 in. Black Bilstein Rear Air Suspension System

Arnott has announced the release of adjustable air suspension for the Harley-Davidson Dyna® Series including the truely affordable Bilstein shock kits starting at just $599.

This is Arnott's most affordable adjustable air suspension system and now it is available for the Dyna. Our Bilstein® suspension kit provides a sporty ride with the luxury of inflating or deflating your air ride system with just the flip of an onboard switch.

13 in. Aldan Chrome Air Suspension System (11-Way Adjustable) Gast Compressor

Arnott is pleased to release the 9043 line of adjustable motorcycle air suspension kits for Harley-Davidson® Touring Bikes 2009 - Present.

This Kit includes a Gast Air Compressor which is smaller than the VIAIR compressor that is included with the Arnott 9048 Kits. This air compressor has a more universal fit and works well for motorcycles such as the Harley Davisson Road King with ABS. As with many of the Arnott applications these kits are available with affordable Bilstein shocks or the 11-way adjustable Aldan shocks. Both are available in 12" and 13" sizes.
